Tolowa Craft is a brand of Tolowa Pacific LLC, which is the operator of the services described on this site and the payee for all payments.
Private services, not a public carrier
The services described on this site are not a scheduled or common-carrier service. All passages and outings are private, arranged individually, and subject to confirmation of availability, weather and lake conditions. Sending an inquiry is not a booking.
Property care retainers
Property care is provided on a monthly retainer. Billing, cancellation and notice periods are set out in your written service agreement.
Scope of service, access and key custody, insurance and liability limits are defined in that agreement.
Assessment
The assessment is a paid on-site inspection with photographs and a written report. Its fee is confirmed with you before the visit is scheduled and is payable to Tolowa Pacific LLC.
Payments
Payments are made to Tolowa Pacific LLC. Property care is billed by invoice. Passage and outings are paid through a secure Airwallex payment link sent after the trip is confirmed. Bank transfer (ACH), Venmo and Cash App Pay are charged at the confirmed price; card payments add a processing fee of up to 3%, not applied to debit cards.
Monitoring and security
Pending counsel review. Tolowa Craft is not a security company, alarm monitoring service or licensed guard agency. Camera and sensor monitoring, where offered, is a property-care add-on with human response by our crew, not continuous professional security monitoring. Final language for scope, limits and disclaimers will be added here after legal review.
Passage and outings
Pending counsel review. Cancellation, rescheduling, mechanical failure on the water, and fee treatment when a trip cannot be completed will be spelled out in this section after legal review. Until then, every passage is confirmed individually and may be changed or declined for safety, weather or lake conditions.
Conditions on the water
The captain may change or decline any trip or visit for safety. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or lake conditions.
