Tolowa Craft is operated by Tolowa Pacific LLC.

What we collect

When you send a form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone, property address or area, and your message. If you subscribe to The 25 North Newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule a visit, provide the service you ask for, and send The 25 North Newsletter if you subscribed. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

We use service providers for email delivery, payment processing and customer records, only to run the service. The 25 North Newsletter is published with Ghost and delivered by Mailgun on our behalf. Payments are processed for Tolowa Pacific LLC by our payment provider; we do not see or store card numbers.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from The 25 North Newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us using the form on our contact page.

Social media

Our pages do not load Facebook or Instagram content until you press a button to load it. Once you do, that provider's own terms and cookies apply. Share and chat links open the other service only when you follow them.

Photographs

Property photographs taken during visits belong to the property owner and are shared only with that owner and the people they authorize.
